肩峰銷骨關節囊腫－一種肩部旋轉肌破裂表現的特徵
摘要
肩部旋轉股破裂的症狀很多，而以肩關節假性囊腫出現的情況非常少見，它造成的原因是肩峰鎖骨關節的退化性變化及肩部旋轉肌破裂後，肩關節囊液到肩峰銷骨關節內腫大造成。 瞭解其解剖病理機轉及其臨床意義是非常重要的，本文的目的在強調肩峰銷骨關節的退化性疾病與肩部旋轉肌病變是密不可分，並避免因疏忽所造成治療上的缺失。

An unusual presentation of a full-thickness tear of the rotator cuff tear is the cystic formation from the acromioclavicular joint. This is found when the glenohumeral joint fluid leaks through the torn cuff, subacromial space and finally to the torn inferior capsule of the acromioclavicular joint. It is very important to recognize the pathomechanics and clinicl significance of the diseased acromioclavicular joint and the rotator cuff tear. The purposes of the report are to emphasize the close relation between the degenerative acromioclavicular diseases and the rotator cuff lesion, and to prevent the possible treatment error.
