摘要


本文提出首次結合「RFID戒指式脈搏溫度量測器」、智慧型手機、GPS、藍芽通訊、GSM、GPRS、HSDPA行動無線網路等所建構出的行動式電子健康管理系統,所量測的生理訊號以藍芽方式傳送至智慧型手機,使用者可從手機上監測脈搏、溫度,進行健康管理,落實「運動333」健康生活習性,並也可透過行動通訊將資訊後傳到遠端醫療站伺服電腦,而手機內建的GPS更可提供受測者的位置座標,在需要提供醫療服務時,更能有效迅速到達受量測者所在位置。由於無線通訊的發達,以及現代人擁有智慧手機的普及,使得本系統具有高度的行動性,真正符合行動式健康照護管理的需求,達到健康、快樂的生活品質。

In this paper, a mobile e-health-management system is presented which is the first one integrating a wearable ring-type pulse monitoring sensor with a smart phone, based on GPS, GSM, GPRS, and HSDPA communication. All physiological measurements are transmitted to the smart phone through Bluetooth. The user can monitor his/her own pulse and temperature using the smart phone which provides a further health management mechanism to develop a healthy life style. Users will be encouraged to workout 3 or more times a week, at least 30 minutes per time, rasing the heart rate to 130 per minute. These exercise data will be transmitted to a remote server through the mobile communication of the smart phone, such as HSDPA, Wi-Fi, WiMax, GPRS, GSM, etc. The built-in GPS further provides the position information on the monitored person. The remote server not only collects physiological measurements but also tracks the position of the monitored person in real time. With the popularity and mobility of smart phones, this system effectively provides for the needs of mobile health management.
