建築工程電梯直井內材料運送作業防墜護欄之改良

Improvement of Fall Protection Safety Guardrail for Workers Transporting Materials in Building Elevator Shaft

摘要


營建業作業場所具有高度開放與高危險之特性,隨著國內建築工程趨向大型化與高層化之發展,營建勞工發生墜落職業災害之風險亦逐漸增加。此外,建築工程電梯直井內材料運送作業為我國特有與常見之材料運送方式,每年相關災害皆層出不窮。有鑑於此,為能夠從實際災害探討該作業之根本問題並提出具體之墜落災害預防裝置設計,本研究以災例個案與現地訪視進行致災原因的探討,再以根原因分析、功能模型分析、TRIZ等方式,提出一可行之電梯直井內材料運送防墜安全護欄雛形設計。最後透過專家訪談與驗證方式,針對安全性、操作性以及成本效益等面向進行創新設計之效益評估,並對該裝置未來產業化發展提出具體之建議。

Construction sites are usually open and dangerous for workers. Due to the increasing number of high-rise building projects, construction workers are facing increasing falling risks. Transporting materials in building construction elevator shafts is a unique practice for the local construction industry of Taiwan. Falls due to transporting materials in building construction elevator shafts occurred almost every year in the past decades. This paper presents research on the development of an innovative technology for fall protection of workers transporting materials in building construction elevator shafts. The field investigation of the real cases was conducted first. It is followed by root cause analysis, function modeling, and TRIZ analysis. Then, an innovative design of the fall protection safety guardrail for workers transporting materials in building construction elevator shafts is proposed. Finally, interviews with the domain experts were conducted to evaluate the feasibility and benefits of the innovative technology in light of safety, operability, and cost effectiveness. Future suggestions for the commercialization of the proposed innovative technology are also addressed.
