本研究利用多主體模型(Multi-Agent Based Model),以太魯閣國家公園遊客中心之「生態遊憩展示館」爲例,由先驅研究中將遊客觀賞行爲以結構分析模型建立其觀賞行爲與解說中心環境設計因子之影響關係。本研究以此結構關係爲基礎,嘗試以NetLogo爲模擬軟體,建構「解說中心遊客行爲模型」,以模擬遊客進入解說中心之參觀移動行爲。研究結果顯示本模擬模型具有詮釋現況之能力,能有效模擬遊客的參觀移動行爲,以作爲日後解說中心環境設計之參考依據。本研究進一步以太魯閣國家公園遊客中心「兒童環境教育展示館」進行模型驗證,研究結果證明模型於不同解說中心內仍具有良好之模擬能力,顯示以NetLogo建立之「解說中心遊客行爲模型」將可有效應用於不同解說中心環境之遊客模擬,未來可作爲解說中心環境設計之成效評估預測。
This research used the Ecotourism Exhibition Room of the Taroko National Park's visitor center as an example to build a structural equation model of the relation between environmental design and visitors' behaviors then used the Multi-Agent Based Model to simulate visitors' behavior within the visitor's center. This study used NetLogo to build the visitors' behavior model, and used simulations with different timing values to verify the reliability of the simulations. The results showed that the model could accurately simulate visitors' behavior, and therefore, can be the bases of future environmental designs of the visitor center. Furthermore, the study verified the model with the Children's Environmental Education Exhibition Room of the Taroko National Park's visitor center. The result showed the model able to maintain good reliability of simulation, while applying it in the different sites.
