台灣東部地區過敏原的盛行率調查

過敏疾病是台灣常見的疾病，包括了過敏性鼻炎、氣喘、異位性皮膚炎等。而造成過敏疾病的元兇主要是過敏原，常見的過敏原包括塵螨、蟑螂、黴菌、海鮮、牛奶、水果。爲了瞭解東部地區過敏原的盛行狀況，對2008年就診之患者共2474人，抽血分析特異性過敏原IgE抗體，結果1067人對過敏原有反應(43.1%)。在過敏原陽性率排行榜上，吸入性以塵螨類最高，而食入性則是以蝦最高。希望透過本研究結果，對臨床診斷過敏疾病能夠有所助益。

Objective: Allergic disease is common in Taiwan. It includes allergic rhinitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis etc. The cause of the allergic disease is allergen and common allergens include mite, cockroach, mold, sea food, milk and fruits. In order to understand prevalence of allergens in eastern Taiwan, we tested 1,067 blood sample for allergen specific IgE and the results indicated positive rate at 43.1%. Mite is the most prevalent inhalant allergen and shrimp is the most prevalent food allergen. We hope the study can help clinic diagnosis of allergic diseases.
