摘要

建築資訊模型 (Building Information Modeling, BIM) 近十年來已是全世界各國AEC(Architecture, Engineering, Construction) 產業最關注的議題，運用BIM 的技術與管理形成策略發展優勢，為各國政府致力發展的方向。本論文探討BIM 如何導入綠建築設計，以台灣案例為基礎，將BIM導入台灣綠建築的設計流程，特別是針對建築節能評估的實務與策略，提出國內綠建築標章與BIM 的整合應用範例。本研究針對中小型建築師事務所，以一個台灣綠建築實際案例，從三個層級示範BIM如何導入台灣綠建築設計：(1) BIM 綠建築設計專案需求、(2) BIM 綠建築設計作業流程以及 (3) BIM 綠建築實際案例實作。探討的議題包括：綠建築規範應用BIM 時，建模軟體內建元件所附帶的資訊是否足夠供作國內綠建築進行計算？現有建築業務流程應如何調整？BIM 技術如何與實務交互模擬？如何進行綠建築計算的分類篩選？以上研究之成果期待能作為台灣AEC 產業與建築設計相關產業在推動BIM 應用時之參考。

BIM (Building Information Modeling) has obviously become a popular topic among the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and governmental agencies all over the world in the past decade. The government in most countries has attempted to develop BIM strategies and policies to transform AEC industry for global competition. The objective of this paper is to introduce BIM to green building design in Taiwan. A real-world example is used to explore how BIM is integrated into green building regulations and architectural design workflows. The emphasis is on integration of a set of BIM tools such as energy-saving simulations and development of BIM strategies for green building design practice. This paper presents the design and implementation of BIM process in a realworld green building design example. We explore how to adapt BIM into green building design process. The BIM process needs to consider three perspectives: Green building requirements, green design process, and green building regulations. A set of research issues quickly arise are: Does the BIM tools provide sufficient information for green building analysis? What are the local green building databases that should be integrated with BIM? How to adjust BIM-based design workflow? Is BIM simulation suitable for Taiwan green building labels assessment? How to classify and integrate the computation results? In this research, we aim at small and medium-sized architect offices, take a real-world green building design example, and demonstrate how to adapt BIM into the green building design process. The lessons learned from this example can contribute to further development of BIM strategies for AEC industry in Taiwan.
