摘要


建築資訊模型技術已廣泛的應用於工程實務中,導入BIM具備許多優點但也同時帶來了一些困難,特別是其軟硬體成本高、技術門檻高,導致難以推廣至所有計畫成員全面使用,大大的影響其BIM應有的效益。因此,為了使計畫成員都能夠享受BIM所帶來的效益,進一步提升團隊合作效率、降低技術門檻並減少工具軟體的約束,本研究以BIM為核心思維進行系統開發,應用各種開放格式貫串所有設計,在確保資訊完整的前提下,進行資料關聯,保留資料之間的關聯性,並依國際標準客製化建置通用資料環境,確保日後可以用各種方式來將資訊加以分析及重複應用。

Building information modeling technology has been widely used in engineering practices. The introduction of BIM brings not only advantages but also some difficulties, especially the rising cost of software and hardware and the high technical threshold. As a result, sometimes BIM doesn't benefit as much as expected because not every project member can get involved in the collaboration environment. In this research, we aim to improve teamwork effectiveness, reduce technical barriers, release the limitation of BIM tools with open formats and open standards. We also follow international standards while developing the common data environment, and ensure the data integrity and relationship so it can be analyzed and reused in the future.
