摘要
從傳統的批次反應轉換到利用微通道反應器的連續生產，是實現工業4.0智慧製造重要的策略。驅動化學工藝的典範轉移最重要的動力則是追求本質上的安全性、降低生產成本、同時達到提升品質的永續發展。藉由瞭解微通道反應器的反應特性，尤其是光化學的突破性應用與發展，綜觀不同化工產業的應用案例以及未來趨勢，將微通道反應器導入化工產業，達到產業升級與世界潮流接軌。

It is definitely a paradigm shift from batch reactions to continuous manufacturing with microreactors in chemical industries which is also a strategic revolution in industry 4.0. The shift is driven by intrinsic safety advantages, cost reduction and continuous quality improvement. Through the introduction of microreactors, especially the breakthrough in photoreactions, as well as the applications in different chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the transformation to continuous manufacturing by microreactors would be expected in the foreseeable future.
