摘要
實驗設計（DOE）是近代工程研究的重要工具，應用統計學理論指引實驗找製程最適條件或（及）最佳配方。本文首先介紹近半世紀來作者在DOE的經歷與Design-Expert商業軟體，接著簡介三種重要設計方法、應用順序、執行過程方便性與免費學習資源，最後介紹近年來在工業界以上述軟體進行研發的應用實例。

Design of experiments (DOE) is an important tool for contemporary engineering research, enabling to guide experiments via statistical theory to pursue the optimal process conditions or (and) best formulations. This article aims to firstly introduce author's personal experiences on DOE during past near half century period and commercial Design-Expert software, followed by software's three important design methods, suggested application sequence of these methods, convenience of running, free self-learning resources, and finally, application examples during author's supervision of industrial researches in recent years.
