墨家的靈性關懷與醫療照護的倫理實踐

The Spiritual Care of Moists and the Ethical Practice of Medical Caring

摘要


墨家承接天志之兼愛,由「小我」發展而實現「大我」之現實關懷。此不僅在於德性、情意、認知上的彰顯,更是靈性在實際行動內的充擴。倫理實踐有賴於關懷的投注,方得以成就情境內關係的和諧。本文意在指明,醫療照護情境內的現實關懷,在墨家「兼愛」的豐沛靈性內涵中,所展現之關懷倫理與實現之關懷行動,以成就和諧的醫(護)病關係,並在和諧的氛圍內共同營造高品質的醫療(照護)環境。

Moists receive and carry on the Will of Tien (天志) to realize the practical caring of the Big Self (the universe, 大我) through the development of the Little Self (oneself, 小我). This lies not only in the manifestation of moral nature, sentiment, and cognition, but also in the extending of spirituality on actual conducts. Ethical practice relies on the attention of caring to be just able to achieve the harmony relationship in situation. The paper intents to point out the practical caring in the situation of medical caring that which presents the ethics of care and realizes the act of caring under the brimming of the connotation of spirituality of love-without-distinction of Moism to achieve the harmony relationship of doctor/nurse and patient, and to cooperate in constructing the medical/medical caring circumstances of high quality in the harmony atmosphere.
