摘要

以科學控制為目的之心理治療在懲罰體制中，其專業工作已遭遇到瓶頸，而必須面對哲學詮釋學所重視的議題。本文探究以詮釋學為基礎的諮商路徑，並提出以「敘說」為方法回返人文、開顯人性、重視主體性之哲學諮商的實踐參照與思辨。

In the situation of punishment system, the tradition way of counseling which based on the psychology of nature science have its limitation to work with sexual offenders to the inner experiences of the clients. The article suggests that philosophical counseling of hermeneutics is alterative approach for helping those sexual offenders to explore their humanity and subjectivity. In this approach, doing counseling in narrative way will be the form to open clients' mind and feeling which reflect on their life experiences and mining of humanity.
