This article is mainly discussing the content of ”Taoism” of Huai-nan-zi, especially focusing on ”Ontology” and ”Cosmology”. In the part of ”Ontology”, Huai-nan-zi has a lot of discussions on the ideas of Ontology of ”Taoism”, through its literature writing, and it places much emphasis on the character of ”Origin” of ”Taoism” by combining, in the name of ”Tai Yi”, Astronomy and Theology in terms of ”Cosmology” of the day. In another part, ”Cosmology”, just like most theories from Han Dynasty, Huai-nan-zi uses the thinking of Qi's Cosmology in response to Laozi's thesis on the creation of world in its chapter 40 and 41, expounding the development from ”Tao” to ”Creation” in terms of the idea of ”Qi”. In this book, it seems like ”Ontology” and ”Cosmology” are often discussed together, and this specialty is reflected on the given Chinese Metaphysics in terms of the philosophy of Tau. Therefore, this article would be trying to give comments on the feature and several modern discussions on it.
