Intussusception Caused by Lipoma – Report of Two Cases

Instestinal lipoma is a rare clinical entity. A submucosal lipoma can cause abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, intussusception, or hemorrhage, whereas subserosal lipoma may present as abdominal mass. We report 2 cases of intestinal lipoma causing intussusception and presenting as intestinal obstruction in one and lower gastrointestinal bleeding in the other.
