脾臟與腹腔內淋巴腺之結核病：病例報告

Tuberculosis of the spleen is a rare clinical condition. A case with tuberculosis of the spleen and intraabdominal lymphnodes presenting with unexplained fever was described. In areas where tuberculosis is prevalent, extrapulmonary tuberculosis should always be in the list of differential diagnosis for prolonged fever. An abdominal ultrasound examination will provide clue to the diagnosis.
