摘要

青少年壞孕的問題日趨嚴重，然而醫護人員卻很少針對青少年壞孕的問題提出實證性研究。本篇個案研究報告旨在探討一位青少年在壞孕過程中之行為反應。以質性研究的參與觀察及深度訪談法，將收集的十篇行為過程記錄以內容分析法分析、歸納之後，發現個案要所呈現的行為脈絡是尋求資料的行為，而所尋求的資料內容又可歸納為：(一)有關預產期的資料(二)有關生產的資料(三)有關產後的資料(四)有關母職工作的資料(五)有關身體活動的資料。本篇研究報告提醒護理人員在青少年壞孕過程中提供協助的重要性。(慈濟醫學1996; 8:355-339)

This case study is to analyse the behavioral response of a pregnant adolescent girl. Qualitative method was used in collecting data. By means of content analysis the behavioral context of the adolescent girl can be categorized as seeking information behavior, the content of the information can be categorized as following: (1) dealing with expected date of delivery, (2) dealing with labor and delivery, (3) dealing with postpartum care, (4) dealing with maternal work, (5) dealing with self activity. The result of this study can be applied as references for nurses when taking care of adolescent mother. (Tzu Chi Med J 1996; 8: 355-339)
