中繼屋分戶牆構造隔音性能之案例研究

Study of Sound Insulation Effect on Partition Walls in an Interim Housing Camp

摘要


由於安置災民的中繼屋普遍存在隔音性能不佳,以致影響災民生活甚鉅,本研究對八八風災後建置的忠誠中期安置中心內既有營舍及組合屋兩種構造之分戶牆,進行三階段隔音補強及隔音能力實測。最後綜合相關研究,提出設置中繼屋較佳之隔音構法。階段一補強為封閉分戶牆上方之山牆隔音;階段二補強為階段一加上單面補強分戶牆體;階段三補強為階段一加上雙面補強分戶牆體。補強效果經噪音實測確認,用以量測1/3倍頻帶各頻率之位差值,依規定測得正規化位準差D_n,並求得正規化位準差單一數值參量D_(n,w)。在改善前,既有營舍及組合屋分戶牆之D_(n,w)分別為15 dB及21 dB;在進行不同階段補強後,兩屋型之分戶牆隔音效能有顯著提升。既有營舍各階段D_(n,w)分別為24 dB、29 dB及35 dB;組合屋各階段D_(n,w)分別為16 dB、33 dB 及39 dB。本研究以實驗證明原建中繼屋的隔音性能不佳,以隔音補強的方式可有效改善中繼屋分戶牆之隔音性能。本研究亦參考室內輕量隔間牆之實驗室透過損失量測成果,並將日本建築學會及內政部建研所之隔音推薦標準進行對照,探討中繼屋分戶牆適切之隔音標準。最後建議未來中繼屋建置時,較佳的分戶牆隔音構造。

This study, investigated acoustic environment in two types of interim housing, renovated military barracks and prefabricatedsteel houses, in an interim housing camp. Researchers reinforced the sound insulation capacity of the partition wall in three stages: 1. Enclose the space above the partition wall, 2. Reinforce one side of the partition wall, 3. Reinforce both sides of the separating wall. In each stage, once the reinforcement is completed, researchers measure the sound insulation capacity in the built environment. After measurement and analysis, measured-data indicated that the sound insulation before reinforcement was 15 dB in renovated military barracks and 21 dB in prefabricated steel houses. The sound insulation after reinforcement in reconstructed military camps was 24 dB, 29 dB and 35 dB for each stage respectively. The sound insulation in prefabricated houses was 16 dB, 33 dB and 39 dB for each stage. This research quantified the sound insulation capacity of different construction methods in interim housings used during post-Morako period. It provides a reference for future construction of interim housing of good acoustic environment.
