Modular Sustainable Building Design Strategy Applies to Urban Environmental Improvement

應用於城市改善之模組化永續建築設計策略

摘要


This research takes the urban environment as the research scope, aims to reduce the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the construction industry, and to turn the role of being a pollution producer into an environment improver, explore how the modular architectural design strategies can be applied to solve the existing urban environmental problems, and to increase the sustainable development potential of the city at the same time. Through the literature review and the case study, formulate five design principles and three steps to take as the reference. Verify through the design verification, propose the complete "modular sustainable building design strategies and steps" to follow for the pre-design process, provide the design verification for the follow-up researcher.

本研究以城市環境為研究範圍,旨在降低建築產業的能源消耗及碳排放,將建築產業的角色從環境的污染者轉化為改善者,統整今後永續城市環境相關議題及困境,建立對應策略之思維及原則,供建築前置設計參考,以協助解決人口快速增加、城市數量遽增及能源加速消耗等議題之設計策略之建立,通過文獻回顧和案例分析,制定了五項設計原則和三個設計步驟作為參考,並透過設計驗證,為預設計過程提出完整的“模組化可持續建築設計策略和步驟”,並建立可供參考之設計思維及原則,也為後續研究人員提供設計驗證。
