知識管理概念對高科技産業人才“性健康”促進之成效分析

世界衛生組織宣佈亞洲地區是下一個愛滋病感染嚴重的疫區，臺灣瀰漫在這股流行傳染病的陰影之中。隨著高科技產業不斷創新發展，愈來愈多的企業或組織，均體認到以知識作為競爭武器的時代來臨。高科技產業以人才為本且男性佔多數，教育背景大多來自理工科系，或許對「性健康促進」的意識較薄弱。本文試圖藉以知識管理概念與性健康促進相關文獻資料進行彙整分析，冀望提昇高科技產業人才對性健康促進的意識，增進高科技產業人才性健康促進知識管理與相關研究應用之參考。
