Hospital is an unique workplace that gathering various medical and hygienic professionals. Human resource is the most important asset to institutions and organizations, how to formulate and apply human resource in effective way is a most concerned issue now. When man devotes himself to the occupation which is not accordance with his sex or violate the social expectation, he might easily be despised or not being trusted, and make him change his career or leave his job station. Based on the literature review of ”male nurse” and ”quality of work life”, this text attempts to lead the medical institutions to emphasize on the quality of work life of male nurses, so as to strengthen their professional competence and promote their willingness to remain in the workplaces, and also be a reference to further research.
