燙傷使用中藥外敷之研究

Research of the Chinese Herbs Applied on the Animal after Thermal Injury

摘要

This experiment is to assess the effect of therapy with Zi-Yun-Gao of Chinese herbs on Ⅱ degree deep burn in New Zealand rabbits. The results show that the fall-off time of scab in the Chinese herbs and Western medicine groups are evidently shorter (p<0.05) than in the control groups. In addition, we learn from the pathologic biopsy that Zi-Yun-Gao and Jia-Wei-Zi-Yun-Gao can greatly increase the quantity of macrophages, lymphocytes and fibroblasts, and that they also increase the regeneration ability of the epithelium and hair follicles. As to the change of the value of CPK (creatine phosphokinase) in the serum, the fall-off time of scab in the Zi-Yun-Gao group was markedly longer than the Western medicine and the control (p<0.01) groups. Moreover, the CPK in the serum with Zi-Yun-Gao decreases to normal by the second day, which is to specify that in the initial stage of burn, Zi-Yun-Gao has greater ability to restrain the injury tissue under wound surface.
