台北盆地生態能量流動與土地使用之關係—(1)土地使用能量階層性分析

摘要

生態能量觀的『都市系統』，為賦含人文經濟特質且位居最高階的生態系統。以生態能量分析為基礎的都市研究，係由系統觀點，同時考量自然環境提供都市的維生功能及都市的經濟發展特性，可闡釋都市空間的生態經濟特性。本文以台北盆地為研究範圍，並以Odum所建立的能量階層觀念為主要理念與方法，建構台北盆地概念性系統模型，以闡述台北盆地的生態經濟系統組成與能量流動特性，並藉以分析台北盆地之空間架構。本研究首先透過地理資訊系統之輔助應用，實際估算各類生態能量流動之空間區位分佈，進而說明生態能量反映於實質空間之相對差異性與隱含意義。利用所建立的能量流動分佈圖，本研究進一步估算台北盆地各類土地使用的太陽能換率，初步分析台北盆地土地利用的能量階層性及在空間上之分佈。分析結果顯示，能量階層最高的土地使用為分佈於盆地中心的都市地區；各種土地使用的能量流動密度與太陽能換率係由都市中心區往外圍遞減。本文分析結果將作為後續文章「(Ⅱ)生態能量分區」之分析基礎。

From viewpoint of ecological energetics, urban system is on the highest level of ecosystem hierarchy. The ecological energetic based urban study uses systems approach to analyze the ecological function and its relationships to economic development to explain the complexity of urban system. This research uses Taipei Basin as the case study area, and applies theory of energy hierarchy, developed by Odum, to analyze energy flows for the study of spatial urban pattern. The geographic information system is incorporated to develop spatial data base of energy flows in energy units of Taipei Basin for the calculation of land use transformity. As a result, the highest energetic hierarchy of land use is located in the highly developed urban area. The energy density and transformity decrease from urban center toward rural districts. The result of this paper will be used as a basis for interpreting and analyzing the results of ecological energetic zonation which will be presented in the subsequent.
