本文在關稅與Harris-Todaro之要素扭曲的模型下，探討所得與資本移轉對受贈小國所成的長短期經濟效果。我們發現在小國Harris-To-daro的模型下，若受贈國無關稅扭曲，則無論在短期或長期下，所得或資本移轉均不會造成移轉矛盾的現象。另若存在關稅扭曲時，所得移轉在長短期下亦不會產生移轉矛盾，但資本移轉在某情況下則有可能產生移轉矛盾。

This paper examines the short and long-run effects of income and capital transfer in a small country Harris-model. It demonstrates that both income and capital transfers will not cause a transfer paradox if the recipient has an absence of import tariffs. However, if there are import tariffs, then a transfer paradox can occur in the case of capital transfer under certain conditions even though it cannot occur in the case of income transfer.
