鉀肥副成分對韭菜花植株生育、產量及品質之影響

Effect of By-components of Potassium Fertilizers on the Flower Stalk's Yield and Quality of Chinese Leek

摘要


為究明鉀及氯是否影響韭菜花梗之纖維含量,試驗於80年11月起於花蓮縣吉安鄉本場進行,鉀肥型態分別為氯化鉀、硫酸鉀與硝酸鉀,每月各種鉀肥再作K2O=60、120、180kg/ha的三級施用量。韭菜花於81年5月起開始收穫,在最初的兩個月(5、6月份)之月產量,以每月每公頃施用硫酸鉀360kg(K2O=180kg/ha)者之產量最高,分別比對照區(不施鉀肥區)增產37.8%及40.7%,而自81年7月到82年6月之年產量調查可知各處理在8,9,10三個月中之產量最多,各施用鉀肥之處理中除了施氯化鉀(K2O=120kg/ha)及硝酸鉀(K2O=180kg/ha)外,其餘各處理年產量皆較不施鉀肥者顯著提高,但韭菜花梗產量並不隨鉀肥施用量之增加而增加。不同型態的鉀肥,隨著鉀肥用量之增加,土壤中有效性鉀含量皆隨之增加,但韭菜花梗粗纖維含量及各種元素含量並不隨之增加,韭菜葉片除了鉀含量之外之各種元素含量亦不隨之增加。此結果表示本場試驗土壤在韭菜剛開始收穫的兩個月內需要鉀肥較殷,隨鉀肥施用量之增加而產量增加,但經此兩個月之後,鉀肥施用量只需K2O=60kg/ha即可。

The object of this study was to investigate by-components of potassium fertilizers effects on the crude cellulose content in flower stalks of Chinese leek. The study was carried out from Nov. of 1991 at Hualien District Agricultural Improvement Station (Chian villae, Hualien). KCl, K2SO4, and KNO3 were used as K fertilizers. Three rates of K2O, monthly. i.e. 60, 120, 180kg/ha were conducted to realize their effect on the yield and quality of Chinese leek. The flower stalks of Chinese leek were asmpling from May of 1992. The flower stalk's yield performed highest at K2O rate in 180kg/ha of the K2SO4 form, 37.8% and 40.7% was increased compared with control respectivily at 1st sampling and 2nd sampling (May and Jun of 1992), the data also showed that the flower stalk yielded well in Aug. Sep. and Oct. during the whole year growing period (from Jul. of 1992 to Jun. of 1993). The whole year yield of flower stalks were increased by potossium fertilizer treatment except the KCl (K2O=120kg/ha) and KNO3(K2O=180kg/ha) treatments. The available potassium content in experimental soil were increased by different form of potassium dosage, but the crude cellulose and some major elements content in flower stalks were not changed significantly, neither the nutrient content in leaves of Chinese leek except the potassium content. The experimental results showed that the flower stalk's yield could increased in Station's farm at 1st sampling and 2nd sampling by the potassium fertilizer application, but for the following growing stage, the potassium fertilizer at K2O rate in 60kg/ ha monthly in enough for the growth of the flower stalk of Chinese leek.
