花卉農家婦女營農角色之個案初探

摘要

邁入二十一世紀，農家婦女在農業經營上之角色有其不容忽視的功能性。本文經由參考文獻及訪談四個個案，發現：一、目前台灣的花卉經營者，年齡層次逐漸下降；二、農家婦女所參與的農業經營工作已由單一的協助田間作業趨向多元性的工作項目；三、項目內容一般而言較偏重財務管理、採收、包裝和運銷的處理；四、隨著婦女之教育程度提高以及參與農業經營的人力需求性，農家婦女對其丈夫在農業經營上的決策深具影響力；五、因擔負財務管理之任務，在經濟上擁有較大的自主權，地位日益增高；六、在家務事的操作和教養子女之責任仍偏勞農村婦女。本文建議今後無論農業和家政的推廣教育，均應以「夫妻」為單位；對於農家婦女在農業經營上的訓練之課程安排，可偏重財務管理、採收、包裝、運銷、勞動時間管理和記帳；對於教育程度低、年齡較大者應特別加強資訊吸收和家庭管理的能力；同時有必要在農村全面性推廣預防保健工作，以落實農村福利之推行。

In the field of agricultural operation in the 21st century, the rural women will play a role of the function which cannot be overlooked. This article cited from literatures and study of four Cases on the floricultural women, showes that: 1.Nowadays the age of floriculturer in Taiwan is gradually become younger; 2.The agricultural operation wherein the rural women take part tends to be plural working items from the single one field assistance operation; 3.Generally speaking, the contents of such items emphasize the financial management, collection, harvest, packing, shipping and marketing; 4.As a result of the escalation of women's educational level and the demand for manpower of their participation in agricultural operation; 5.The rural women largely affect their husbands' decision for agricultural operation, and the mission of financial management leads to their larger autonomy in the aspect of economy, so their status is higher and higher day after day; 6.The rural women remain highly liable for the home affairs and children raising. This article suggests that in the future, the object of muster for the extension education of agriculture and home economics should remain ”husband and wife as a unit” ; arranging the training courses of study in the agricultural operation for the rural women may emphasize the financial management, collection, harvest, packing, shipping, marketing, labour time management and bookkeeping ability; the ability of older rural women with lower educational level for information absorption and housekeeping should be specially stepped up; and at the same time, the rural preventive hygiene work should be carried out on an overall basis if necessary so as to strictly conduct the rural welfare.
