不同栽培環境及種植期對黃芩產量與品質之影響

The Effects of the Different Cultivated Area and Period in Scutellaria Baicalensis

摘要


本試驗之目的為探討不同栽培環境及種植時期對黃芩的產量及有效成分含量的影響,以瞭解黃芩的適合栽培條件。黃芩在花蓮縣不同栽培地點之試驗結果,單株平均重量以吉安的81.3公克最高,單株平均根重以吉安的23.4公克最高;黃芩有效成分黃芩苷(baicalin)含量以瑞穗的26.8毫克/公克最高;黃芩素(baicalein)含量以吉安的4.5毫克/公克最高;漢黃芩素(wogonin)含量以卓溪的3.5毫克/公克最高。抗氧化能力以安通最高。黃芩不同種植時期之產量及有效成分含量之比較試驗,以春作栽培較佳。

The purposes of this research were to investigate various cultivated environments and different seasons effectiveness to the yield and the content of active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. At Hualien County, the results showed the average weight per plant 81.3 g as well as the average root weight per plant 23.4 g was the highest at Ji-an township. The best yield of active ingredient baicalin, 26.8 mg g^(-1), at Zue-shue Township. As to the baicalein, another active ingredient, the best yield was 4.5 mg g^(-1) at Ji-an Township. The third active ingredient wogonin with 3.5 mg g^(-1) was the best at the Tzo-shi Township. Furthermore, the antioxidation capability of the S. baicalensis Georgi, An-ton Township offered best quality. The spring was the better than autumn for the S. baicalensis Georgi to have the above mentioned characters.
