Computed Tomography in Intracranial Tumors: A Preliminary Report
髗內腫瘤之電腦斷層掃瞄－初步報告
摘要
107例經CT診斷為髗內腫瘤，其中31例經接受手術並有病理結果之報告。初步所見，造影劑之地位十分重要。CT對病灶部位之指示性，如以冠切面為輔，非常良好。而對組織診斷則稍遜。加上病者之臨床徵候以及其他檢查如血管攝影，可以得到較滿意之結果。

CT has become an indispensable diagnostic tool since its introduction, In fact, it has replaced many classical roentgenological examinations because of its convenience, safety, and accuracy. This article is a preliminary report concerning the intracranial tumors (ICTs) which has ever been diagnosed by the CT scanner of NTUH, ROC.
