摘要

頸主動脈弓是臨床上相當少見的一種血管異常發育，病患通常無明顯症狀，或在偶然的例行檢查中，發現鎖骨上窩有振顫和雜音，或有搏動性腫塊。民區75年9月間，榮總台中分院發現一名九歲男孩在鎖骨上窩有振顫和雜音，經檢查證實為右頸主動脈弓，提出報告。

Cervical aortic arch is a rare anomaly and there have been only 44 cases being reported in the literatures. Most of them were asymptomatic and sometimes the thrill and systolic murmur, or a pulsatile mass, was detected in the supraclavicular fossa on routine check-up. In September 1986, a 9-year-old boy was found to have thrill and systolic murmur on physical examination and then diagnosed as a right cervical aortic arch.
