MR Imagings of Spinal Extradural Angiolipoma-A Case Report and Review Literature
脊椎硬膜外血管脂肪瘤之磁振造影－病例報告及文獻回顧

Spinal extradural angiolipoma is a rare benign tumor that contains prominent vascular and mature adipose tissue. We describe a case studied by MR imagings to show a spindle-shaped, posterior extradural, and high-signal lesion with internal tortuous low-signal areas on T1WI and T2WI. The characteristic appearance and location of the tumor on MRI may suggest the diagnosis before operation.
