Pulmonary leiomyoma is extremely rare and is scantily reported in the radiological literature. We report a case of calcified pulmonary leiomyoma which was incidentally found in an asymptomatic male. Chest radiograph showed a well-defined mass in the right lower lung. Computed tomography revealed a large homogeneous mass with foci of calcification encircling the posterior intermediate bronchi of the right lower lobe. Finally, surgical intervention proved it to be a benign leiomyoma.
