可調整式花卉穴盤苗假植機構之研究

The Development of Adjustable Transplanting Mechanism for Plug Seedlings

摘要


本研究旨在研製一可調整式花卉穴盤苗假植爪機構,並應用於氣壓式假植機以適用於闊葉型或鞘葉型等不同有效投影面積之花苗。設計假植爪內的開度控制元件來限制確動凸輪的旋轉角度而得到不同的升程,使爪針產生不同的開度,以適應不同的穴盤苗作業。利用凸輪組及其它配合元件,設計成五段不同開度的可調整式假植爪機構,並以氣壓動力源、PLC控制器,進行穴盤苗假植作業多項測試工作,其中包含假植機主體作業壓力、頂出部、移載速率與假植速度等方面的測試,以探討整機主體與假植性能。本試驗分別以植爪張開的對角距離為50mm、63mm、72mm、78mm與82mm等五段進行測試,研究結果顯示,假植爪機構確實具備夾苗、放苗、插植與鎮土之功能,且作業壓力只要在60psi(4.14bar)以上均能正常運作,假植速度每小時約可完成675株,假植成功率均在90%以上。

The purpose of this study was to develop an adjustable transplanting gripper for plug seedlings. The mechanism was applied to pneumatic transplanter and would be suitable for the plug seedlings with different effective projective area such as broad-leaved and sheath-leaved seedlings. To constrain the rotating angle of positive motion cam such that the different rise and open range could be suitable for different seedling work, the open control component was designed. By using a set of cam module and other parts to design an adjustable gripper that driven by pneumatic power source and controlled by PLC controller, several experiments were tested, which including different working pressures, moving speeds and transplanting speeds. Finally the function of transplanter was investigated. It was designed for five different open ranges, which were 50mm, 63mm, 72mm, 78mm and 82mm, to test the transplanting gripper. The results showed that the mechanism of transplanting gripper did have the capability of holding plug seedlings, planting, and retaining. The transplanter would operate normally when operating pressure was higher than 60psi (4.l4bar), and could transplant 675 plug seedlings per hour with over 90% of the ratio of success.
