應用於成品布紡織業的整合性生產規劃與排程模式

Integrated Production Planning and Scheduling Model Applying in Textile Industry

摘要


紡織產業的發展趨勢逐漸走向供應鏈全球化及全球運籌的競爭型態,所有的紡織業界均面臨了接單到出貨(Order to Deliver; OTD)時間縮短、全球準時交貨以及價格下降的要求,這對企業在採購運籌、生產運籌及配銷運籌上面臨了極大的挑戰。目前,成品布紡織業大多採用物料需求規劃(MRP)製令規劃搭配人工排程方法針對各廠(例如織布段與染整段)分別進行生產規劃,造成各 之間的需求來源與供給數量不對稱,形成庫存呆料堆積,更直接影響接單、生產到出貨的時間。有鑑於此,本篇論文將提出能因應紡織業全球運籌所需配合能同時縮短OTD時間且降低生產與存貨成本的接單後染整(Dyeing to Order; DTO)產品定位策略及所需搭配能同時考量織布段與染整段接單、生產及配送流程特性的製令/批量規劃與生產排程的整合性生產規劃與排程(Integrated Production Planning and Scheduling; IPPS)模式。為評估IPPS模式的效益,本研究以一個包括了紡紗廠、織布廠與染整廠的成品布紡織業進行實證,績效評估顯示,IPPS模式的製令/批量規劃可以完整的紀錄規劃期間染整段與織布段訂單、庫存、製令間的供給與配置關係,其規劃結果在WIP量、前置時間及訂單達交率方面均有很好的績效。整體而言,IPPS模式適用於追求接單到出貨(OTD)時間短、全球準時交貨(達交率提高)以及價格下降(存貨成本降低)的紡織業全球運籌的競爭環境。

With the trend of supply chain globalization and global logistics, all the manufacturing enterprises in the textile industry have to focus on shortening order-to-delivery (OTD) time, enhancing global on-time delivery, and reducing price which may cause a big challenge to the current purchase, production and delivery logistics in practice. Currently, most textile manufacturing companies employ MRP to engender production plan and manually generate operations schedule for each manufacturing factory (e.g., Weaving and Dyeing), this approach may cause the imbalance between supply and demand, and results the high work in process (WIP) inventory and long OTD time. Therefore, this paper proposes a dyeing to order (DTO) product positioning strategy, which may eventually shorten OTD time and reduce WIP inventory, and an integrated production planning and scheduling (IPPS) model which can simultaneously consider the characteristics of weaving and dyeing manufacturing and play the role of manufacturing orders/lots planning and operations scheduling. In this paper, a textile manufacturing company which is composed of yarn spinning, weaving and dyeing factories is selected to evaluate the performance of IPPS model, results show that IPPS model can effectively record the pegging information among customer order, inventory and manufacturing orders/lots and obtain a very good performance in terms of low WIP, on time delivery, and short OTD time.
