This study is focused to analyze individual experience (who were born between 1981 and 1990) of esthetic sensibility toward clothing for the Pingtung district. In this study, a self-administered questionnaire was developed. A total of 366 questionnaires were valid for final analysis. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA and t-test were used to analyze the preference in the esthetic sensibility, while a correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationships among the indexes. The results revealed that the different demographic variables of consumers who were born between 1981 and 1990 showed significant differences in individual esthetic sensibility toward clothes purchasing. In addition, the formality beauty for clothing was significantly correlated to the expression beauty and symbol beauty.
