海島型聚酯纖維麂皮布之高牢度深色化硏究

摘要

本文乃針對纖維細度為0.08dpf的海島型聚酯纖維麂皮布進行高牢度深色化研究；針對品質較難達到之顏色黑色、紅色、丈青色進行各染色配方、還原洗淨配方及加工流程條件的試驗，尋找出最佳的染色配方及製程條件。由實驗結果得知，染料必須先經過篩選再組合配色，鹼性還原洗淨後再加酸性還原洗淨，後定型溫度降至120℃，最後甚至再經過50℃×20min低溫皂洗，如此，最困難的黑色其明度值(L(上標 *))可達18~19，水洗堅牢度達3~3.5級。

The article was focused on the research of high colorfastness and deepening color of suede which was composed of polyester fiber with sea and island of fineness of 0.08dpf. This experiment was performed to find out the best of dyeing recipe and processing conditions by comparing different dyeing recipes, recipes of reduction clearing, processing procedure and different shades of black, red, navy. The results of experiment showed selecting dyes before color matching, acidic reduction clearing after alkaline reduction clearing, the downgrade of post-heating temperature at 120℃ and finally apply soaping with low temperature at 50℃ to capably obtain best black dyeing quality with the lightness value (L(superscript *)) from 18 to 19, and washing fastness at grade 3~3.5.
