摘要

曬鹽的鹽田是個非常特殊的環境，鹽工必須曝露在高溫烈日或寒冬強風下從事製鹽工作，工作服的舒適性成為鹽工工作時的重要條件。本研究方法採用實地觀察與調查訪問鹽工工作情況，並依工作姿勢測量各種人體工學上所需資料，再以功能、美觀與產業象徵等因素做為設計研究之主軸。設計款式以鹽田上之瓦盤為靈感，布料之選擇則考慮氣候因素，初步設計成品給鹽工們實際穿著並加以檢討。

Salt fields are a special environment. When working, salt workers have to be exposed to high temperatures and the sun or strong wintry wind. Comfort of work clothing becomes an important condition for them. The research methods used field observations, questionnaires and interviews on working conditions of salt workers, and measured working gestures to obtain data on ergonomics. Furthermore, it utilized factors such as functionality, aesthetics and symbolism as the research core. The design was influenced by tiles in salt fields. The choice of fabrics took climate effects into consideration. The design was made into initial products for salt workers. They were actually worn and evaluated.
