醋酸-丙酸纖維素(CAP)/聚乳酸(PLA)複合母粒之製備及熱穩定性評估

Studies on the Prepared and Thermal Property of the Cellulose Acetate Propionate (CAP)/Poly (L-lactic Acid) Composites

摘要


以聚乳酸(PLA)添加於醋酸-丙酸纖維素(CAP)/聚乙二醇(PEG)母粒中,藉由其它生物可分解高分子的混摻,提升CAP/PEG母粒的熱穩定性及加工性,減少後續紡絲製程中,CAP/PEG因塑化劑的揮發而產生紡絲時容易斷絲的情形。由SEM的分析結果發現CAP/PEG與PLA比例在1:1時,相容性最差,但隨著CAP/PEG的添加量增加,兩者的相容性大幅改善,此結果亦可由DMA分析證實,在各種比例中以CAP/PEG與PLA比例在6:1的相容性最佳,且由TGA分析結果得知,當添加PLA後,可使CAP/PEG的混摻物於高溫下熱穩定性大幅增加,顯示添加PLA之CAP/PEG複合母粒,確實可有效提升CAP/PEG在高溫下熱穩定性。

In this study, the difference ratios of Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLA) were blended into cellulose acetate propionate (CAP) to enhance its thermal stability and fiber's spin ability. The SEM observation indicated that the surface of blend complex became coarser and generated lots of irregular holes while PLA blend into CAP. It had been observed that the blend ratio containing 50%PLA was more miscible in comparison with other blend ratios. After increased the amount of CAP, its compatibility also improved. The DMA analysis showed the better compatibility was CAP: PLA/6:1 blend ratio. The thermal analysis showed the increased PLA the CAP had better thermal property.
