PET聚酯織物改質之應用

PET Fabric Modifications and Its Application

摘要


本研究利用大氣壓力電漿設備,於大氣環境中連續進行PET纖維織物表面改質技術之研究,由於習用之電漿設備均需於真空環境操作,因此無法滿足工業上連續式大量處理之所需。因此,本研究將利用常壓之電漿產生裝置,以氦氣及氧氣為反應氣體來產生具有高能量及高化學活性之游離氣體,以進行織物之表面處理,如具有高度生物親合性之撥水劑,或具有撥水功能之化學分子,並創造高附加價值之特定功能性織物,而撥水劑被覆接枝實驗之含浸效果評估,經電漿處理後之含浸效果於水洗10次以上仍可維持80%至90%之含浸效果。利用電子掃瞄顯微鏡觀察其纖維形貌,觀測結果確實已經披附上一層約三百奈米之撥水劑分子層。
