雙層竹炭紡織品製備及性質探討

Fabrication and Characterization of Double Layer Bamboo Charcoal Textiles

摘要


本研究是以竹炭紗為緯紗,一般棉紗為經紗,在梭織物打樣機製備出各種不同竹炭紗比例之雙層複合織物,比較竹炭紗/棉紗複合織物的除臭、蓄熱保溫、電阻度、負離子及色差等性質。經研究結果可知,添加竹炭紗之複合織物具有良好的除臭性能;雙層織物的表面溫度也會因裏層竹炭紗密度的增加而有更好的蓄熱保溫性能,而單層複合織物的效果更為明顯;對於電阻的效果,隨著竹炭紗緯密的增加而電阻度有逐漸增大的趨勢,但是效果不顯著;在負離子產生方面,因複合織物內含竹炭紗,比起純棉紗織物更有效果,但織物經緯密的影響不會太大;另外竹炭紗/棉紗之雙層織物的表層顏色,會因表層棉紗的密度高而得到較佳的染色及覆蓋效果。

The double layer composite fabrics textured by the various ratios of bamboo charcoal yarn as the weft and the cotton yarn as the warp with sampling weave machine which are investigated. Compared to the characteristics includes deodorize effect, keep warmth, conductivity, negative ion, and color strength for the double layer bamboo charcoal/cotton composite fabrics is evaluated. The double layer bamboo charcoal yarn and cotton yarn composite fabrics are demonstrated as the better deodorizing finish and far infrared ray keep warm. The effect of keep warmth tends to increase with the extent of bamboo charcoal cover layer density and the efficiency of keep warmth illustrate double layer better than single layer. The degree of conductivity of composite fabrics tends to increase with the higher density of weft yarn but not significant. The composite fabrics contain bamboo charcoal yarn is demonstrated as the better far infrared ray effect than single cotton fabric and no affect by the texture density. Moreover, the color strength and cover effect of double layer composite fabrics tends to increase with the density of surface layer cotton yarn.
