摘要

本研究開發高牢度螢光色紗技術，經由高分子複合技術將螢光色料進行改質，其螢光色料平均粒徑≤190nm，製備之色母粒濃度20～30wt%，所開發之高牢度螢光色紗技術可應用於防護服，並符合EN471之規範。

The main objective of the project is to develop the high fastness fluorescent solution dyed yarn. After polymer compounding, we can modify the fluorescent colorant. The particle size of fluorescent colorant is under190 nm, and the colorant content is 20 to 30wt% of color master-batch. The development high fastness fluorescent solution dyed yarn technology can not only be applied to high-visibility clothing but also complying with EN471 specifications.
