摘要


寢具布料來料加工通常呈捲支狀,須靠人工溜布→落布→拉布、鋪布→裁切→車縫製作,才能完成床單、被套等寢具用品。裁切過程於寢具業界中稱之為「裁剪」。寢具布料布身柔軟,致使「裁剪」時難以維持沿直線切齊,而造成產生降級品或瑕疵品,使原物料損耗率達2-5%,甚至更高。本技術於裁床上方,加裝一可游走式「鐳射點式定位燈」系統。鐳射定位燈具有標示與定位作用,整套系統為可游走式,故可依寢具布料所需長度而移動。因能精準校準裁線,所以可提升寢具布料資源利用率達1-3%(枕頭1%,床單3%),更可減少作業人員對位時間。

This technology is installed with a sliding "laser spot positioning light" system above the cutting table. The laser positioning lamp has the function of marking and positioning. The entire system is sliding, so it can be moved according to the required fabric length of the bedding. Because it can accurately calibrate the cutting line, it can increase the resource utilization rate by 1-3% (pillows 1%, bed sheets 3%), and can reduce the alignment time of the operator. It can also increase the cutting efficiency by about 1 minute/piece.
