聚酯纖維的條數組合對於織物濕度管理的探討

摘要


現今市場多數運動服裝為訴求濕度管理性能,大多使用混合材質,因而導致有效回收的困境。本研究以同支數但不同條數的聚酯纖維紗線組合方式作為本研究的變數,使針織物增加吸濕、傳導、擴散的能力,探討條數差距對織物濕度管理的影響。研究情境為設計4個樣本,利用國際標準實驗方法AATCC 195(Test Method for Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics)測試濕度管理性能,此實驗結果可提供吸濕排汗機能性織物於開發時之設計參考,搭配合適的組織及紗線支數,設計出兼具運動性、吸濕快乾性及可永續回收再利用的運動服裝。

Nowadays, most sportswear uses a mix of materials for moisture management performance, leading to recycling woes. In this study, the combination of polyester fibers with the same yarn number and different filament is used as the variables to make knitted fabric increase the ability of absorption, conduction and diffusion. Combination of different filament affects moisture management of the fabric. Design 4 samples and adapts international standard experimental method AATCC 195 to test the moisture management performance. The experimental results can provide a reference for the design of moisture-wicking fabric. Combine with suitable structures and yarn filament to design sports clothing that is both sporty, comfortable and sustainable recycling.
