摘要

在數位學習應用領域中，為了保障學習內容創作人的智慧結晶權益以及同時確保學習者可以取得高品質的產品，整合數位版權管理技術之數位學習系統為不可或缺之解決方案。本文提出如何在符合國際 SCORM 標準的線上學習管理系統（LMS , Learning Management System）中，結合 PKI 加解密技術與 XrML 版權描述語言機制，以進行學習者身分識別、版權保護管理及學習控管。讓學習內容從創作人、內容提供者至學習者都能獲得完整之保護，促成數位學習供應鏈上下游業者之分工合作，以加速國內數位學習產業之發展。

In eLearning application, we need the eLearning digital right management system to protect the learning content author’s right and intellectual property. This article mentions how to integrate the PKI technology and XrML mechanism with SCORM standard to authenticate user, protect the IP and control the learning process.
