摘要

出版商徵集諸多豐富的數位版權資訊，為求保護著作人的權利並且促進社會福祉，於是有必要引用數位權利管理制度，本篇論文以權利管理資訊及防盜拷措施法制為基礎，試圖探討數位出版呈現的課題，並在業界同道面對各種規範的考驗之下嘗試針對智能財產權提出可能解決問題之方案。

Publisher acquire bountiful copyrighted digital materials. To protect copyright owner's right and promote social welfare, it is necessary to enact Digital Right Management. This article, based on the copyright management information and Anti-circumvention measures of copyright law, trying to discuss the present issue and possible alternative when facing this intellectual property right challenge.
