摘要

本計畫結合Mobile Web 2.0發展趨勢，研發具國際競爭優勢之行動應用服務技術與國內首創之互動式學習技術，帶動國內無線城市建置並引領Mobile Web 2.0應用服務新創產業，建立高附加價值服務/內容與行動終端整體解決方案，創造使用者及產業價值之極大化。FY96並於全球第一個由WiMAX Forum認可之M-Taiwan WiMAX Application Lab(MTWAL)，整合計畫研發成果與國內服務/內容廠商對國際進行應用服務展示，並與Google、Yahoo！等大廠合作進行應用服務整體解決方案國際輸出規劃，帶動國內新一代行動數位生活應用服務與高附加價值行動終端產業之發展。

Web 2.0 is a promising business and technology revolution to the information and communication industry, in which Internet is used as a new platform to support many innovative applications and services. In this article, we describe some enabling technologies that have been developed for Mobile Web 2.0 services in the mobile digital life technology program, and show the experimental results for some novel mobile digital life services, such as versatile multimedia service for mobile community, intelligent video surveillance, and mobile learning.
