應用於OFDM的高效率發射器

Highly Efficient Transmitter for OFDM Signal

摘要


OFDM調變訊號目前大量運用於現今的通訊標準,然而OFDM調變訊號對於類比電路有非常高的線性度要求,導致發射器的效率低落。如果低效率的發射器應用在手持式通訊設備時,則通訊時間將大幅降低。本文將介紹高效率及高線性度的發射器設計方法,並分析高效率發射器的非線性失真,及模擬、量測結果。

OFDM modulation is currently applied in a lot of modern communication standards. However, the OFDM modulation requires high linearity of analog circuits resulting in low efficiency of transmitter. When the low-efficient transmitter is applied in portable communication equipment, the talk time will be drastically reduced. This paper will introduce the design methodology of a High-Efficient and high-linear transmitter. The nonlinear distortions of the high-efficient transmitter will be analyzed, simulated, and measured.
