下世代可攜式醫學造影用類比數位轉換器中之互補式金氧半導體偏移校正比較器的探討

摘要


醫學造影技術自其問世後已不知造福了多少云云眾生,隨著時代的進步,半導體與其它科技的進步創新使得以往厚重且巨大的造影儀得以愈發輕巧,進而使得臨床診斷技術得以於功能簡化後成為居家化的一份子,或可於臨床上提供非院內的第一線診斷尖兵,這其中的轉變正悄悄蘊釀並驅使世界醫療走向無限距無所不在的醫療網路時代,包含居家照護等的新興發展趨勢,也於近年因應而生。本研究以能對此主題作出貢獻為目的,主要探討下世代可攜式造影儀中類比電路的一個關鍵小組件,期能拋磚引玉,驅使更多同好者往相關主題深研。

Medical imaging has become the point of clinical diagnosis for people around the world since it was invented. With the advances in modern technology, traditional medical imaging equipments can be made smart and smaller than ever before, making it feasible to have the imaging function as part of the personal healthcare system. Such an ever-increasing advance causes revolution in modern medical treatment, from which a new ubiquitous home care network is being emerged. Our research aims at making contribution on such meaningful topic, with particular emphasis on one of the core analog techniques: comparator involved in portable medical imaging applications.
