資訊科技於輻射監測與低放射性廢棄物管理之應用

Applications of Information Technology in Nuclear Radioactive Monitoring and Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management

摘要


本文目的為說明資訊科技於國內輻射監測與低放射性廢棄物管理的實際應用。文中首先說明我國政府能源政策中納入核能發電的理由以及目前國內核能發電發展現況。其次介紹近期資訊科技的發展,其中包括網路技術、分散式資料庫、資料探勘、延伸標記語言與網路本體語言以及雲端運算等。為了說明資訊科技已實際應用於國內輻射監測與低放射性廢棄物管理的例證,內文分別介紹原子能委員會輻射偵測中心即時輻射監測系統以及核能電廠低放射性廢棄物資訊整合系統。除此之外,還介紹了與外界資訊互通所需之網頁服務基礎設計:訊息交換模型與台灣輻射廢棄物管理本體。最後,提出本文總結以及服務導向資訊管理系統整體架構作為未來研究方向。

The main goal of this article is to present practical applications of nuclear radioactive monitoring and low-level radioactive waste management using the information technology (IT). The reasons of nuclear energy needed in Taiwan's government energy policy and current status of nuclear power plants are explained in the introduction section. Next, the detailed descriptions of IT which include network technology, distributed database, data mining, extension markup language (XML), ontology web Language (OWL) as well as cloud computing are introduced. To demonstrate the practical applied applications, a real-time radiation monitoring system and an integrated radioactive waste management system are described. In addition, the fundamental design of web service for the general internet users: information exchange model (i.e., XML schema) and Taiwan Radioactive Waste Management Ontology (TRWMO) are presented. Finally, the summary and a service-oriented integrated architecture for the future development are provided.
