摘要

慢性鼻及鼻竇炎（chronic rhinosinusitis）是一種常見的疾病，定義上為鼻腔和鼻竇的炎症。有鑒於發炎反應是這個疾病的主要致病機轉，因此具有抗發炎及抑制發炎之前驅介質、或抑制細胞趨化因子等生成的類固醇，就廣泛地應用於臨床治療慢性鼻及鼻竇炎；然而不同種類、不同劑量及不同投予方式的類固醇，在治療效果及副作用上也會有所差異。本文將參考EPOS2020中的相關章節及其它重要的文獻來進一步探討類固醇在慢性鼻及鼻竇炎治療上的應用。

Chronic rhinosinusitis is defined as inflammation of the nose and paranasal sinuses. Inflammation is the main pathogenic mechanism of this disease. Steroids that have anti-inflammatory properties and suppress the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and cell chemotactic factors are widely used clinically to treat chronic rhinosinusitis. The therapeutic effects and side effects of steroids vary greatly with different types, dosages, and administration methods. This article will refer to relevant chapters in the EPOS2020 and research studies to further explore the use of steroids in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.
