慢性鼻及鼻竇炎外科療法的新進展
Advances in Surgical Treatment for Chronic Rhinosinusitis

With the evolution of imaging technology, and the elucidated knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the paranasal sinuses, endoscopic sinus surgery has gradually replaced the traditional procedures and has become the mainstay for the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis. Recently, microdebrider and laser has been popularly applied in the endoscopic sinus surgery to get a clear surgical field and reduce surgical morbidities. With the aid of microdebrider, laser, and navigation system, endoscopic sinus surgery could be achieved with a better surgical result and lower complication rate.
