本研究旨在瞭解臺東縣公立國民小學教師對校長科技領導的重視度與滿意度的現況,並加以分析兩者之間所代表的涵義,以作為優先研究發展改善項目的依據。本研究採問卷調查法,共抽取38 所國民小學,313位國小教師,回收有效問卷256份。研究結果如下:(1)教師對校長科技領導的重視度與滿意度為「中上程度」;(2)大型學校科技領導重視度與滿意度較高;(3)校長科技領導的重視度與滿意度之間有顯著的正相關;(4)「科技與基本設施支持」、「願景、計畫與管理」、「成員發展與訓練」三層面,校長應繼續保持;「評鑑與研究」、「人際關係與溝通技巧」、「整合科技於課程與教學」三層面,為優先順序較低的改善項目;(5)「整合科技於課程與教學」和「成員發展與訓練」兩層面的重視度對於科技領導滿意度具有預測力。
The study is to understand the satisfaction and attention of public elementary schools' teachers in Taitung toward their principals' technology leadership. By analyzing the correlation of these two aspects, the results of the study may offer the basis for the future improvement. The study adopted the questionnaire method with 313 teachers from 38 schools participated, and 256 valid copies were collected. The results showed that: (1) the teachers' attention and satisfaction with their principals' technology leadership are ”above average;” (2) the attention and satisfaction of technology leadership in larger schools were higher; (3) teachers' attention toward their principals' technology leadership has a significant positive correlation with their satisfaction; (4) in regard to future improvement, the principals should continue their efforts in three priority dimensions: ”Supporting in technological and basic equipments,” ”Vision, plans and management,” and ”Progressing and training of staff.” And the following dimensions are: ”Evaluation and research,” ”Interpersonal relationship and communication skills” and ”Integration curriculum and teaching with technology;” (5) teachers' attention toward the dimensions of ”Integration curriculum and teaching with technology” and ”Progressing and training of staff” can predict their satisfaction of technology leadership.
