A case of coloboma of the optic disc was reported. On the routine ophthalmoscopical examination, the right eye was noted to be suffered from squint and coloboma of the optic disc. According to Caspar's clinical classification this case is belonged to the third type on the criteria of the arrangement of the vessels in coloboma of the optic disc. Furthermore it is accompanied with various complications, such as convergent squint, myopia nystagmus, opacity of the vitreous body, atrophy of the choroid and low intra ocular pressure etc.
